Introduction

Ecozen Solutions Private Limited, having corporate identification number U93090PN2010PTC237833 (“Ecozen”) and its wholly owned subsidiary Ecofrost Technologies Private Limited, having its corporate identification number U73100PN2012PTC242344 (“Ecofrost”), both being private limited companies incorporated in India having their registered office at 901, Amar Tech Park, Next to Mitcon College, Balewadi, Baner Gaon, Haveli, Pune – 411045 (hereinafter shall be referred to as “Company”, “Ecozen Group”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” and terms of similar meaning and shall include) owns and/or operates the below mentioned mobile/web applications including any subdomains thereof (collectively, “Applications”).

Applications

Ecozen Group built the Applications as free applications. Access to the Applications are provided by Us at no cost and are intended for use as provided thereunder. These Applications are meant to be used by the customers of the Ecozen Group only.

Scope

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the websites/applications of our business partners, corporate affiliates or to any other third parties, even if their websites are linked to the Applications. We recommend you review the respective privacy statements of the other parties with whom you interact.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Ecozen service unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
