Introduction

Ecozen Solutions Private Limited, having corporate identification number U93090PN2010PTC237833 (“Ecozen”) and its wholly owned subsidiary Ecofrost Technologies Private Limited, having its corporate identification number U73100PN2012PTC242344 (“Ecofrost”), both being private limited companies incorporated in India having their registered office at 901, Amar Tech Park, Next to Mitcon College, Balewadi, Baner Gaon, Haveli, Pune – 411045 (hereinafter shall be referred to as “Company”, “Ecozen Group”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” and terms of similar meaning and shall include) owns and/or operates the below mentioned mobile/web applications including any subdomains thereof (collectively, “Applications”).

Ecozen Group built the Applications as free applications. Access to the Applications are provided by Us at no cost and are intended for use as provided thereunder. These Applications are meant to be used by the customers of the Ecozen Group only.

Acceptance & Changes

This page is used to inform visitors regarding Our policies with respect to the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information (defined below) if anyone decided to use Our service.

If you choose to use Our service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

By accessing the Application or otherwise using the Application, you (hereinafter referred to as “You”, “Your”, “User”, “Guest/s” as applicable) expressly consent to Our collection, storage, use and disclosure of the information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Ecozen service unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Personal Information: Personally identifiable information such as Name, Mobile Number, Address, Geolocation, Camera Access, SMS, etc.

• Google Play Services

When You manually provide certain information to Us through our Applications like the details regarding usage of products sold by Us, or send emails or other communications to Us, we may retain those information/communications in order to process Your inquiries, respond to Your requests and improve our services.

Device-level Permissions

The Applications may need permissions for SMS/phone access, camera/microphone inputs, push notification tokens, app usage analytics and such other device functionalities to optimize the User’s experience (“Device-level Permissions”). Such Device-level Permissions are processed only with the Consent of the User as set out below in this Privacy Policy. User shall have the option to give or withdraw Device-level Permissions to each such functionalities. However, for the usage of the Applications, certain device functionalities are indispensable and hence, User may not be able to use the Applications if such critical Device-level Permissions are denied.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our services, we may collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our service, the time and date of your use of the service, and other statistics.

You further expressly consent to Our continued use, storage, collection and disclosure of Your Personal Information in the event of any change in the laws applicable to data protection, to the fullest extent permitted under such applicable laws.
